EDEN, Arthur Francis Eden

Bell Farm Investor


Arthur F. Eden (b. 1852), was an investor in the Bell Farm and also the Land Commissioner for the Manitoba and North Western Railway.

He visited the Bell Farm around June 11, 1885 and signed the Visitors Register: # 174.

In 1887 Major Bell, Eden and others including John Norquay (the premier of Manitoba) went into business together under the name The North West Buffalo Breeding Company. Eden returned to England in 1894.
