Register entry 295 - Mrs. Ellen M. and Rev. Ebenezer Robson


Visited the Bell Farm on October 8, 1890. - Rev. Ebenezer and Mrs Ellen M. Robson were stationed primarily in British Columbia, where Rev. Robson served as a Methodist minister. They visited the Bell Farm on October 8, 1890, along with John M. Bell of Brockville, Ontario.

Mary Ellen Robson(nee Hall) was also Major Bell's half-sister. Ellen was the daughter of Maria Sherwood, Bell's mother. Maria was first married to Rev. Azariah Hall and had two children Ellen and Adiel Sherwood Hall. After the death of Azarish, Maria married Robert Bell and had 3 more children William, Eva (Register Entry 250) and Julia Harriet Bell.
