Visited the Bell Farm on August 17, 1887. - Ernest Ingersoll was an American naturalist, writer and explorer.He moved to Montreal (1887-1888) and worked as an editor of publications for the Canadian Pacific Railway, travelling to the North West to write guide books and other travel related publications. He visited the Bell Farm on Aug, 17, 1887.
