Allan, William Rae
Bell Farm Director 1887
William Rae Allan (1864-1926) was a Winnipeg-based businessman (primarily insurance) and Director of the newly-established Bell Farm Company (1886), as well as a member of the firm of McArthur, Boyle and Allan (formerly McArthur, Boyle and Campbell).
He visited the Bell Farm in April 1887.
W.R. Allen was the son of Andrew Allan and nephew of Sir Hugh Allan owners of the Allan Steamship Line.
