Visited the Bell Farm on Aug. 30, 1884 - Elzebert Francois Edouard Roy (1860-1906), was a lawyer and the private secretary to the federal Cabinet Minister of Public Works - Hector Langevin, appointed Feb. 1, 1882. He visited the Bell Farm with his boss on Aug 30 1884. He was also a keen competitive pool player. Roy retired early due to ill health, and died at the young age of 46.
