Register entry 050 - Joseph Grose Colmer
Visited the Bell Farm on Aug. 19, 1884 with the British Association, and again in 1894 - Joseph Grose Colmer (1856-1937) was a career civil servant and served as the Secretary to the Canadian High Commissioner (Charles Tupper) in London, England in 1884. In 1897 he was appointed Commissioner for Oaths in Yukon Territory.
