HOWARD, Thomas
Bell Farm Investor
Hon. Thomas Howard (1845-1903) was a Riel veteran, a member of the first Manitoba Legislature, and Director and investor in the Bell Farm in 1884.
His investments faltered, and when he was murdered or committed suicide in 1903 in California, Howard left his family penniless.
